Hmmm...this week whizz past fast

spent it at the TP, IDAC, WORKSHOP...and on friday was my observation..
guessed what i popped my shoulder while i was teaching the students how to catch a lobbed ball in netball..and when i strecthed my right shoulder popped out....lucky it popped back in again when i bring my hands down..


had a good ob.....my supervisor had very good comments about me.and he said this ti me " Riza i see that you'll gonna be a good PE teacher one day...i see the potential in you" Fuyoh......enough said!

But after that i was drained coz of the shouler and the pain in my foot...

hmmmm.gonna spend my weekends.....at home doing lesson plans....
